North Shore Dance Floor is the perfect vendor for all of your dance floor needs. Rather than buying your own floor, storing it, setting up and breaking down; let us do it for you.
Who should think about partnering with us?
If you are an event venue owner, events manager or wedding planner and you have frequent rental needs, let’s talk! For example, (pre-pandemic) we were the exclusive dance floor vendor for a local Hampton Inn. The Events Manager would simply give us the dates and we would take care of the rest. We offer a discounted rate allowing you to include the dance floor as part of your package.
Logistics:
For a typical event, we set up a few hours prior and break down the following morning. This should work for most venues. If needed, we offer same-day service where we come back after the event which will incur an additional fee (hey, we like to sleep too!).
Pricing:
We would happily offer a discounted rate or a revenue share for an ongoing relationship. We are fully-insured and will provide necessary information when requested.
Typical process:
Event is 5pm - 11pm. We would set up your floor around 12-2pm and remove the following day 9-noon. We are flexible on setup/breakdown times.
