About Us.

Owner Derek Lynch has been involved in the party / event rental business for 15+ years. Derek is a coach, teacher, and counselor by day and rental business owner nights and weekends.

Derek earned a degree in Business Administration at Merrimack College. During his twenties, Derek worked for Backyard Tent Rental, a local tent rental business where he learned the ins and outs of the event rental industry. In addition to his North Shore Dance Floor business, Derek recently acquired My Wedding Arch in January 2025 and is excited to offer quality event services for Massachusetts & New Hampshire
